Abstract
A case of histiocytosis X in the lungs of a 49-year-old woman diagnosed by immunohistochemistry has been described. Reaction to antigen S-100 confirmed the presence of dendritic cells in pulmonary infiltrates and bronchial lavage. The treatment with Encorton and Methotrexat appeared successful.

已描述了一例经免疫组织化学诊断的49岁女性肺部嗜酸性肉芽肿病例。对抗原S-100的反应证实了肺部浸润和支气管灌洗中存在树突状细胞。使用恩考酮和甲氨蝶呤的治疗似乎取得了成功。
