Abstract

PURPOSE/METHODS: Malignant transformation of retinoma to retinoblastoma associated with vitreous seeding has been reported in three patients. We examined two patients with retinomas associated with vitreous seeding who have been followed up for eight years and 33 years.

RESULTS/CONCLUSION: The lesions in both patients have remained stable without signs of malignant transformation. Vitreous seeding alone does not signify malignant transformation of a retinoma.

目的/方法：已有3例视网膜瘤恶变为伴有玻璃体种植的视网膜母细胞瘤的报道。我们对2例伴有玻璃体种植的视网膜瘤患者进行了检查，随访时间分别为8年和33年。

结果/结论：2例患者的病变均保持稳定，无恶变迹象。单纯玻璃体种植并不意味着视网膜瘤发生恶变。
