To describe the technique and report our experience of laparoscopic nephrectomy.
Between August 1992 and December 1993, 106 patients underwent laparoscopic nephrectomy at the Mansoura Urology and Nephrology Center.
Of the 106 patients, laparoscopic nephrectomy was performed successfully in 97 cases. Conversion to an open procedure was necessary in the remaining nine patients.
For a selected group of patients, laparoscopic nephrectomy is a feasible and safe technique. The length of hospital stay and convalescence is short and return to work is rapid.
描述腹腔镜肾切除术的技术并报告我们的经验。
1992年8月至1993年12月期间，106例患者在曼苏拉泌尿外科和肾脏病中心接受了腹腔镜肾切除术。
106例患者中，97例成功实施了腹腔镜肾切除术。其余9例患者需要转为开放手术。
对于特定的患者群体，腹腔镜肾切除术是一种可行且安全的技术。住院时间和康复期短，恢复工作快。
