Literature data are fairly inconsistent with regard to the plasma fibrinogen levels in type I diabetic patients, and the selection of patients was poorly standardised. We monitored plasma fibrinogen levels in type I diabetics with and without retinopathy. Regardless of the occurrence of diabetic retinopathy, diabetics with good metabolic control did not show significant difference in plasma fibrinogen levels compared to healthy controls. In the randomized group of diabetics plasma fibrinogen was significantly increased compared to diabetics with good metabolic control. This finding points to the potential role of metabolic control and/or vascular complications of diabetes in the maintaining of plasma fibrinogen levels unchanged.
关于I型糖尿病患者的血浆纤维蛋白原水平，文献数据相当不一致，而且患者的选择标准化程度很低。我们监测了有和没有视网膜病变的I型糖尿病患者的血浆纤维蛋白原水平。无论糖尿病视网膜病变是否发生，代谢控制良好的糖尿病患者与健康对照组相比，血浆纤维蛋白原水平均无显著差异。在糖尿病患者的随机分组中，与代谢控制良好的糖尿病患者相比，血浆纤维蛋白原显著升高。这一发现表明代谢控制和/或糖尿病血管并发症在维持血浆纤维蛋白原水平不变方面的潜在作用。
