Nitromint aerosol has been used for controlling 464 attacks of 116 angina pectoris patients in emergency cases. The anti-anginous effect of the sublingual spray developed very rapidly and only caused mild-moderate unwanted effects, which commonly accompany the administration of nitroglycerin. In a comparison of the spray with the sublingual tablet, the majority of the patients found the aerosol more favourable. In addition to its anti-anginous action, the drug is an absolutely necessary means in emergency cases such as cardiac asthma and left ventricular failure.
硝酸薄荷气雾剂已用于紧急情况下控制116例心绞痛患者的464次发作。舌下喷雾剂的抗心绞痛作用起效非常迅速，仅引起轻度至中度的不良反应，这些不良反应是使用硝酸甘油时常见的。在喷雾剂与舌下片剂的比较中，大多数患者认为气雾剂更具优势。除了其抗心绞痛作用外，该药物在心脏哮喘和左心室衰竭等紧急情况下是绝对必要的手段。
