Abstract

A novel dimer of an inositol glycoside was isolated from the mycelial extracts of Streptomyces sp. AJ 9463. Its structure was assigned as a disulfide of 2-(N-acetyl-L-cysteinyl)amido-2-deoxy-alpha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->1)-1D- myo- inositol (1).

从链霉菌属AJ 9463的菌丝体提取物中分离出一种新型肌醇糖苷二聚体。其结构被确定为2-(N-乙酰-L-半胱氨酰)氨基-2-脱氧-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→1)-1D-肌醇的二硫化物(1)。
