Administration of DDS and R alone as well as in combination to CBA mice was studied for effects on blood lymphocyte biorhythms. These drugs were found to affect circadian rhythms of lymphocyte number. The changes depended on the season and time of administration. Allowances for the above changes help correct asynchronism thus improving the response rate.
研究了单独给予二氯二苯砜（DDS）和利福平（R）以及联合给予CBA小鼠对血液淋巴细胞生物节律的影响。发现这些药物会影响淋巴细胞数量的昼夜节律。这些变化取决于给药的季节和时间。考虑到上述变化有助于纠正不同步，从而提高反应率。
