The comparative study of the activity of P. aeruginosa specific antitoxins in 134 lots of commercial preparations of human immunoglobulin in parallel mouse experiments on the neutralization of the lethal effect of exotoxin and in ELISA made it possible to establish a high degree of correlation between their results and the possibility of using immunochemical assays instead of biological tests in the large-scale production of anti-P. aeruginosa immunoglobulin.
