PURPOSE/METHODS: We examined a patient with psoriasis and stromal infiltrate that was treated with topical corticosteroids.
RESULTS/CONCLUSIONS: The patient gradually improved and the stromal infiltrate diminished. The cause of psoriasis and its ocular manifestations remains unknown. A corneal abscess without epithelial infiltration that responds to topical corticosteroid therapy may represent a specific ocular manifestation of psoriasis.
