Abstract
Microscopic slides were mounted with paraffin on Teflon plates that contain 18 holes of 6 mm diameter each. This arrangement is reversible and yields 18 individual cell culture wells on one slide, thus allowing a simultaneous culture of different cell lines under identical conditions. The glass-paraffin junction can be easily detached and the paraffin sticks exclusively to the Teflon.
