Immune hemolytic anemia and reactivated tuberculosis developed in a patient treated with alpha-interferon for Kaposi's sarcoma and splenic non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The hemolytic process stopped on cessation of interferon and initiation of corticosteroid therapy, and the Coomb's test became negative. The possibility of reactivation of tuberculosis by interferon is discussed.
