Abstract
Three ELISA methods were developed to detect specific antibodies against hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus (HFRSV) in rats sera. It was shown that all three kinds of McAb-ELISA were specific, sensitive and simple for the detection of HFRSV antibodies in rat sera.
摘要
开发了三种酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）方法来检测大鼠血清中针对肾综合征出血热病毒（HFRSV）的特异性抗体。结果表明，所有三种单克隆抗体ELISA在检测大鼠血清中的HFRSV抗体方面都具有特异性、敏感性且操作简便。
