A method of an incomplete ischemia of the lateral wall of the left ventricle produced by pulling the ventricular branch of the left coronary artery of rabbits was employed in this study and the dispersion of the effective refractoriness used as an index. It was noted that the effective refractory periods at the different sites in AMI region were mainly shortened and the dispersion of refractoriness increased obviously. Nevertheless, EA at Neiguan acupoint could inhibit reduction of the effective refractory of ischemic myocardium and improve the dispersion of refractoriness markedly, which would be beneficial to synchronization of the myocardial excitatory state. It suggests that EA have some effect of anti-arrhythmia.
本研究采用牵拉兔左冠状动脉心室支造成左心室侧壁不完全缺血的方法,并以有效不应期离散度作为指标。结果发现,急性心肌梗死(AMI)区域不同部位的有效不应期主要缩短,不应期离散度明显增加。然而,针刺内关穴可抑制缺血心肌有效不应期的缩短,并显著改善不应期离散度,这将有利于心肌兴奋状态的同步化。提示针刺具有一定的抗心律失常作用。
