Health care workers are a known risk group for occupational immediate type allergy to latex gloves, but users of household and other protective gloves have been less extensively studied. This article shows that non-health care workers form an even larger group with natural rubber latex allergy, which often is work related. Hand eczema and atopy are the most frequent risk factors for sensitization, therefore, dermatologists should be especially aware of the diagnostic methods and prevention.
医护人员是职业性对乳胶手套立即发生过敏反应的已知风险群体，但家用和其他防护手套的使用者受到的研究较少。本文表明，非医护人员中对天然橡胶乳胶过敏的群体甚至更大，且这种过敏通常与工作有关。手部湿疹和特应性是最常见的致敏风险因素，因此，皮肤科医生应特别注意诊断方法和预防措施。
