Abstract
The frequency of TAP1 and TAP2 gene polymorphisms in MS patients was compared with that of a normal population. A significant increase in TAP2-379-VAL homozygosity and TAP2-565-ALA homozygosity was found in HLA-DRB11501-DQB10602-negative patients.
