Michael A. Moclock, MD, is a board certified family physician who practices part time at the Scranton Primary Health Care Center. He, along with Manuel Fonseca, DO, and Stephen Pascucci, MD, share responsibility for the center's pediatric clinic. The Scranton Primary Health Care Center offers the region's Medical Assistance and indigent populations a full array of medical services, including family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, gynecology, and prenatal care. Last year, 6,800 people used the center's services.
