Brucella orchitis is a rare complication of this systemic disease. When it occurs, it severely affects the testis and can cause abscess, which was the presenting feature of the case described herein. The foregoing led us to suspect an unspecific cause. After the diagnosis was made, a double drug therapy was administered; however, orchiectomy was performed on observing complete destruction of the testis.
布鲁氏菌性睾丸炎是这种全身性疾病的一种罕见并发症。当其发生时，会严重影响睾丸并可导致脓肿形成，这也是本文所述病例的主要特征。上述情况使我们怀疑存在非特异性病因。确诊后，给予了双联药物治疗；然而，在观察到睾丸完全破坏后，实施了睾丸切除术。
