Abstract

The paper summarizes preparations of cell suspensions (mechanical, fermentative, by chemical agents) and from explant cultures. Several techniques of cell and tissue culture and determination of cell damage are described. The use of these techniques and the evaluation for individual testing of antineoplastic drug sensitivity are discussed.
