We made an analysis on the scaling methods of Expressed Emotion Scales, which was noticeable as one of powerful psycho-social factors to predict the relapse of the schizophrenics, to find out the unitary conceptual substance in the family. The research was conducted at 3 psychiatric hospitals in Chiba. 72 out of 93 cases were followed up after 9 months. The results were as follows. There was not internal consistency in EE sub-scales at all, but there was two-dimensional structure. It was suggested important to enhance the relapse predictability of EE scales that 1) EE should be assessed by means of household level, 2) binary (high or low) variables of Hostility and Emotional Overinvolvement have to be used, 3) Warmth and Positive Remarks make an important contribution, and 4) information of the existence of the rejective family member to CFI interview is also an important factor.
我们对情感表达量表的评分方法进行了分析，情感表达量表作为预测精神分裂症患者复发的有力心理社会因素之一备受关注，旨在找出家庭中统一的概念性实质。该研究在千叶县的3家精神病医院进行。93例患者中有72例在9个月后进行了随访。结果如下。情感表达（EE）分量表完全没有内部一致性，但存在二维结构。研究表明，为提高EE量表对复发的预测能力，有必要做到：1）应在家庭层面评估EE；2）必须使用敌意和情感过度卷入的二元（高或低）变量；3）温暖和积极评价起重要作用；4）在CFI访谈中了解到存在拒绝型家庭成员的信息也是一个重要因素。
