It is important to establish educational system for every subjects of clinical pathology. In the transfusion medicine, in order to establish the GIO and SBO, a questionnaire survey on postgraduate education system was conducted on 98 institutes of laboratory medicine on university hospital and laboratories of hospital. As a results, over 50% of institutes are able to educate residents to these subjects (as SBOs). The most important need for clinical pathologists or laboratory physician to act a consultant for physicians about safety and effective transfusion medicine. Moreover, clinical pathologists has an ability to administer the department of transfusion.
建立临床病理学各学科的教育体系很重要。在输血医学领域，为了建立良好的输血实践和安全输血操作规范，对98所大学医院的检验医学研究所和医院实验室进行了研究生教育体系问卷调查。结果显示，超过50%的机构能够对住院医师进行这些学科（作为安全输血操作规范）的教育。临床病理学家或检验医师最重要的职责是就安全有效的输血医学为医生提供咨询。此外，临床病理学家有能力管理输血科。
