A retrospective analysis of the outcome of pregnancy in 93 women seen between 1987 and 1992, with a uterine malformation was carried out. The main indication for operation was recurrent abortion and primary sterility. All metroplasties were performed according modified technique of Jones-Wheelees. After operation 68% patients became pregnant and 41.9% of them delivered healthy children; pregnancy in 5.3% patients ended with spontaneous abortions and in 11.8% preterm deliveries.
对1987年至1992年间就诊的93例子宫畸形女性的妊娠结局进行了回顾性分析。手术的主要指征是反复流产和原发性不孕。所有子宫成形术均按照琼斯 - 惠利斯改良技术进行。术后68%的患者怀孕，其中41.9%分娩出健康婴儿；5.3%的患者妊娠以自然流产告终，11.8%为早产。
