[Marital satisfaction in neurotic patients].

The authors compared marital satisfaction of men and women in the neurotic and the control group. The examined persons also evaluated satisfaction of their partners and in their parents' marriages. The results of the work suggest, that the neurotic patients were less satisfied in the marriage than the members of the control group. Further, it was found that men were more satisfied than women. Neurotic individuals evaluated their parents' marriages as less satisfactory than persons who had not been treated for neurosis. The results of the research provided evidence that there are some differences in an estimation of the partners' satisfaction between the neurotic and the control group.
