[Development of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in the course of idiopathic myelofibrosis].

A patient who developed a low grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma two years after the diagnosis of an idiopathic myelofibrosis, is described. The pathogenic relationship between both processes is discussed, making a brief review of the literature.
