Some mechanisms of general and local effects of laser radiation with various wavelength were considered. Both stimulating and stress effects of low-intensive laser radiation realized via antioxidant and free-radical pathways were shown. It was found that the level of SH and SS-groups in tissues and blood is the most sensitive index of laser effect. Measurements of SH and SS-groups concentration are recommended as criterion of harmless laser use in clinics.
