Abstract
Between 1966-1991 330 patients where the semen analysis revealed azoospermia and the histopathological examination of biopsy specimen of testis shown retained spermatogenesis and spermiogenesis underwent the surgical intervention. In 80% of cases congenital malformations of epididymis and vas deferens were found. The types of malformations detected during the surgery are discussed.

1966年至1991年间，330例精液分析显示无精子症且睾丸活检标本的组织病理学检查显示存在生精和精子发生的患者接受了手术干预。在80%的病例中发现了附睾和输精管的先天性畸形。文中讨论了手术中检测到的畸形类型。
