The history and clinical features of Peyronie's disease are briefly reviewed. The results of treatment with procarbazine ("Natulan") are presented. It is concluded that treatment with procarbazine is often effective and is indicated in a selected group of patients, provided the appropriate precautions in its use are undertaken.
