[Disorders of eye movements in degenerative diseases of the nervous system].

Eye movement disorders detected by oculography indicate abnormal function of specific brain areas involved in the motor control. Registration of conjugate eye movement can be very useful diagnostic tool to study neurodegenerative disorders of the brain. In some conditions oculographic registration may reveal eye movement abnormalities in subclinical stages of the disease.
