The attempt to define the choice of a system in medicine becomes lost in complex functional requirements. Experience shows that, not only in medicine, the choice of a system is usually made according to very subjective criteria. Objective "criteria" are then supposed to justify the choice. To improve this situation, in future, system investigations will have to be carried out which will enable definition and measurement of suitable variables.
