It was established that the acute aseptic inflammation was accompanied by stress reaction development which appeared as characteristic changes of blood eosinophils, corticosterone and insulin concentrations. In this case the alarm stage of stress reaction is coincided in time with the period of development of the inflammatory leukocytic phase, but the resistance stage with macrophagic and fibroblastic phases.
已经确定急性无菌性炎症伴有应激反应的发展,其表现为血液嗜酸性粒细胞、皮质酮和胰岛素浓度的特征性变化。在这种情况下,应激反应的警戒期在时间上与炎症白细胞期的发展阶段相吻合,但抵抗期与巨噬细胞期和成纤维细胞期相吻合。
