Cutaneous lymphoid hyperplasia (CLH) is a reactive proliferation of SALT--skin-associated lymphoid tissue--following trauma, insect bites, drugs and other undetermined stimuli. Only a case of CLH resulted from allergy hyposensitization injections was reported in literature. We report a second case of post-vaccinal CLH occurred in a 37 year-old man. A light microscopic and immunohistochemical study was performed. CLH immunoarchitectural analysis revealed features analogous to those of reactive lymph nodes.
