[Psychotherapeutic counseling and treatment of students within the scope of a psychotherapy counseling center].

The field of psychotherapeutic counseling in germany is rather heterogeneous and scientifically scarcely investigated. As an example the author describes the organisation and methods of a psychotherapeutic counseling service for students. Statistical material of the kind of complaints and disorders is given and first results of an evaluation study are reported.
