Abstract
A case of Recklinghausen's disease in a 2.5-year-old girl, with typical skin changes and tumor of the optic nerve is presented. The tumor was excised, preserving the eyeball, and diagnosed histopathologically as glioma. The child remained under control.

报告一例2.5岁女孩的神经纤维瘤病，伴有典型的皮肤改变和视神经肿瘤。肿瘤被切除，保留了眼球，组织病理学诊断为胶质瘤。该患儿病情得到控制。
