Ninety one cases of sick sinus syndrome (SSS) have been traced clinically for an average term of 5 years and 4 months. The result shows that the natural history of SSS is relatively long, no one of these cases died of arrhythmia during the investigation, and pacemaker is the first choice for patients with apparent severe symptoms.
对91例病态窦房结综合征(SSS)患者进行了平均5年4个月的临床追踪。结果显示,SSS的自然病程相对较长,在调查期间这些患者中无一人死于心律失常,对于有明显严重症状的患者,起搏器是首选治疗手段。
