A pustular eruption of the chin (a variant of pyoderma faciale?).

Two cases are reported of patients who developed a dramatic pustulo-nodular rash on the chin. The onset was explosively sudden and cosmetically disabling. Ultimately, resolution occurred with minimal scarring.
