Abstract

The thermoresistance of lysosomal and plasmatic membranes of the rat liver cell membranes of Wistar, August lines and their hybrids was investigated. It was discovered that the hybrid rats surpassed the linear forms in the thermoresistance of liver lysosomal membranes in the in vitro and in vivo systems. The resistance of lysosomal membranes to high temperature has pronounced time character distinguished in linear and hybrid animals. The supposition is expressed that the hybrid animals cell membranes thermoresistance peculiarities play the important role in the adaptive heterosis mechanism.

摘要

研究了Wistar、奥古斯特品系及其杂种大鼠肝细胞溶酶体膜和质膜的热抗性。发现杂种大鼠在体外和体内系统中,肝细胞溶酶体膜的热抗性超过了纯系大鼠。溶酶体膜对高温的抗性在纯系和杂种动物中具有明显的时间特征。有人认为杂种动物细胞膜热抗性的特点在适应性杂种优势机制中起重要作用。
