Polymicroelectrode recording of spontaneous activity of somatosensory cortical neurons in cat showed that, during asphyxia, the spike activity of 2-3 neurons reocrded with one microelectrode usually ceased simultaneously. The distance between microelectrodes being 50-200 mkm, the difference in time of survival was significant. Neurons of the visual cortex were more resistant that those of the somatic cortex. The different resistance of neurons against asphyxia is supposed to be due to different microcirculation and different polarization of neuronal membranes.
对猫体感皮层神经元自发放电活动的多微电极记录表明,在窒息期间,用一个微电极记录的2 - 3个神经元的锋电位活动通常会同时停止。微电极之间的距离为50 - 200微米,存活时间的差异显著。视觉皮层的神经元比体感皮层的神经元更具抗性。神经元对窒息的不同抗性被认为是由于不同的微循环和神经元膜的不同极化状态所致。
