At first the conception and working modalities of a ward in a Child and Adolescent Department that includes social work are presented. Then the work done up to today is analyzed corresponding to admissions, patients' variables such as age and diagnosis, length of treatment and discharge criteria. Two thirds of the 122 treated patients on the described ward, with the special task to prepare discharge after having being treated on another therapeutic ward, were discharged into their original families and former living conditions.
首先介绍了儿童与青少年科室中一个包含社会工作的病房的概念和工作模式。然后根据入院情况、患者的年龄和诊断等变量、治疗时长以及出院标准，分析了截至目前所开展的工作。在上述病房接受治疗的122名患者中，有三分之二的患者在其他治疗病房接受治疗后，肩负着为出院做准备的特殊任务，他们最终回到了原生家庭和之前的生活环境中。
