Abstract
Nonenzymic lipid peroxidation in the membrane of the fragmented sarcoplasmic reticulum from white dorsal muscle of teleost fish Scorpaena was studied. It was shown that the concentrations of ferrous ions 15 microM and ascorbic acid 0.3 mM were sufficient for lipid peroxidation activation. Ethanol inhibited lipid peroxidation of the fragmented sarcoplasmic reticulum membranes from white muscle of Scorpaena and rabbit.
摘要
研究了硬骨鱼鲉白色背肌中破碎肌浆网膜的非酶脂质过氧化作用。结果表明，15微摩尔的亚铁离子浓度和0.3毫摩尔的抗坏血酸浓度足以激活脂质过氧化。乙醇抑制了鲉和兔子白色肌肉中破碎肌浆网膜的脂质过氧化。
