Duane's syndrome has various ocular and systemic abnormalities. We report a Duane's syndrome patient with ocular melanosis. Duane's syndrome has many complications, but ocular melanosis has never been reported previously. It is possible that there is a similar mechanism between the ocular melanosis and misdirection of the oculomotor nerve to the external rectus in this case, but it is more probable that it is simply coincidental.
杜安综合征有多种眼部和全身异常。我们报告一例患有眼部黑变病的杜安综合征患者。杜安综合征有许多并发症，但眼部黑变病此前从未有过报道。在这种情况下，眼部黑变病与动眼神经错向至外直肌之间可能存在类似机制，但更有可能只是巧合。
