Abstract
The case of an 8-year-old girl who had a fatal pulmonary haemorrhage and crescentic glomerulonephritis without autoantibodies is presented. Circulating anti-glomerular basement membrane antibodies, circulating immune complexes and anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies were not detected. To our knowledge this is the youngest reported case of the disease.

报告了一例8岁女孩的病例，该女孩患有致命性肺出血和无自身抗体的新月形肾小球肾炎。未检测到循环抗肾小球基底膜抗体、循环免疫复合物和抗中性粒细胞胞浆自身抗体。据我们所知，这是该疾病报告的最年轻病例。
