It has been shown, that a certain part of spin labels TEMPO, TEMPAMINE or TEMPOL undergoes redox-transformations during the perfusion of rat isolated working hearts. The kinetic parameters of the redox-transformations depend on the duration of the ischemia period.
研究表明,在大鼠离体工作心脏灌注过程中,自旋标记物TEMPO、TEMPAMINE或TEMPOL的某一部分会发生氧化还原转变。氧化还原转变的动力学参数取决于缺血期的持续时间。
