[Pharyngo-laryngeal cancer and Bazex's acrokeratosis (author's transl)].

The authors describe the case of a 62-year-old man presenting with a differentiated epidermoid carcinoma of the piriform sinus, associated with cutaneous lesions of the Bazex's acrokeratosis type. This case is of interest on account of the unusual lesion of the penis, the gland and the scrotum on the one hand of the lack of parallelism between the development of the cancer and that of the cutaneous syndrome on the other.
