Abstract
A 19 year old man presented with fever and left pleural effusion. Biopsy of a subcutaneous nodule and bone marrow led to the diagnosis of idiopathic lobular panniculitis (Weber-Christian disease). Thoracoscopically guided biopsy of the visceral pleura also revealed panniculitis change in the pleural adipose tissue.

一名19岁男性患者出现发热和左侧胸腔积液。对皮下结节和骨髓进行活检后诊断为特发性小叶性脂膜炎（韦伯-克里斯蒂安病）。经胸腔镜引导对脏层胸膜进行活检，结果显示胸膜脂肪组织存在脂膜炎改变。
