With the growing number of Magnetic Resonance Systems in operation in clinical practice, safety aspects gain increasing importance. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate possible risks and effects on human health. After an introduction to the basic principles and techniques involved, the various effects on biological systems and especially the human organism caused by the static magnetic field, the alternating magnetic fields and the high frequency fields required are described on the basis of current literature and partially also on our own experience. Basic information for the safe operation of diagnostic Magnetic Resonance Systems is presented. Limits for exposure to magnetic fields and time-dependent changes of electromagnetic fields for patients and employees as suggested by health authorities are given.
随着临床实践中运行的磁共振系统数量不断增加,安全方面变得越来越重要。因此,有必要评估对人类健康可能产生的风险和影响。在介绍了所涉及的基本原理和技术之后,根据当前文献并部分结合我们自己的经验,描述了静磁场、交变磁场和所需高频场对生物系统尤其是人体所产生的各种影响。还介绍了诊断用磁共振系统安全运行的基本信息。给出了卫生当局建议的患者和员工的磁场暴露限值以及电磁场随时间的变化情况。
