To report on a case of melanoma, a rare tumor type metastatic to the bladder.
METHOD/RESULTS: A case of melanoma metastatic to the bladder was incidentally discovered in a patient with urothelial cancer. The clinical features, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects are described.
In a patient with malignant melanoma presenting irritative micturion syndrome and/or hematuria, endoscopic bladder exploration with multiple random biopsy must be performed to rule out melanoma metastatic to the bladder metastasis.
报告一例黑色素瘤病例，这是一种罕见的转移至膀胱的肿瘤类型。
方法/结果：在一名患有尿路上皮癌的患者中偶然发现了一例转移至膀胱的黑色素瘤。描述了其临床特征、诊断及治疗方面的情况。
