As many as 15 patients have been examinedby hysterosalpingoscintigraphy by administration of albumin macroaggregates labelled with Te99m (HAMA) into posterior vaginal fornix and external orifice of uterine cervix. Gamma camera was used to observe the transportation of molecules through the cervical canal, uterine cavity as well as oviducts to peritoneal cavity. The results were compared with HSG examination and salpingochromotubation. is 93%. Hysterosalpingoscintigraphy allows us to estimate both the anatomical patients after reconstructive operations involving oviducts.
多达15例患者通过向阴道后穹窿和子宫颈外口注入用锝99m标记的白蛋白大聚合体(HAMA)进行子宫输卵管闪烁造影检查。使用γ相机观察分子通过宫颈管、子宫腔以及输卵管向腹腔的运输情况。将结果与子宫输卵管造影检查和输卵管色素灌注术进行比较。吻合成功率为93%。子宫输卵管闪烁造影术使我们能够评估涉及输卵管的重建手术后患者的解剖结构。
