Abstract
Indications to inferior cavography were detailed after examination and treatment of 745 patients with renal carcinoma (vena cava inferior was involved in 108 of them). Tumor invasion of the renal vein on the right and left, right kidney tumor T3 may displace and press vena cava inferior. Metastases to the lymph nodes increased the aortocaval space.
