Fourteen cases of limb wounds were repaired with the local flap pedicled with a superficial vein. All the flaps survived with satisfactory results. The superficial vein that speeds drainage from the flap can also provide blood supply to the flap, which is beneficial to the survival of the flap. The ratio of length to width of the flap is greater than that of the traditional flap. The creation of the flap is easy and the nearby artery is intact. 14例肢体创面采用以浅静脉为蒂的局部皮瓣修复。所有皮瓣均成活，效果满意。能加速皮瓣引流的浅静脉也可为皮瓣提供血供，有利于皮瓣成活。该皮瓣长宽比大于传统皮瓣。皮瓣制作简便，且附近动脉完整。本文详述了该技术细节。
