Polymorphism of Inter-alpha-Trypsin Inhibitor (ITI) was investigated in 685 unrelated Japanese individuals by isoelectric focusing followed by electroblotting and immunogold silver staining. The allele frequency estimates were ITI1 = 0.455 +/- 0.013, ITI2 = 0.516 +/- 0.013, ITI3 = 0.028 +/- 0.0045 and ITI4 = 0.001 +/- 0.001 and the phenotype frequencies fitted the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The ITI system could be regarded as a potential genetic marker in paternity testing and anthropological studies.
采用等电聚焦、电转印及免疫金银染色法,对685名无血缘关系的日本个体进行了α-胰蛋白酶抑制剂(ITI)多态性研究。等位基因频率估计值为:ITI1 = 0.455 ± 0.013,ITI2 = 0.516 ± 0.013,ITI3 = 0.028 ± 0.0045,ITI4 = 0.001 ± 0.001,表型频率符合哈迪-温伯格平衡。ITI系统可被视为亲子鉴定和人类学研究中的潜在遗传标记。
