The dynamics of the tolerance of the rat isolated heart of ischemia at 9 degrees C approximated that of the heart tolerance in situ following the cardiac arrest due to the rat organism immersion hypothermia in water at 9 degrees C. An increase of the Ca concentration or addition of adrenaline to the perfusate induce a relative increase in the heart mechanical capacity.
9℃时大鼠离体心脏的缺血耐受性动态变化与大鼠机体浸入9℃水中导致心脏停搏后原位心脏的耐受性动态变化相近。灌注液中钙浓度的增加或肾上腺素的添加会导致心脏机械功能相对增强。
